Service Providers

Tamas Szakal is our property manager.  If you have a problem you can contact him at 561-305-4388.

Martin is our pool cleaner. He comes every Friday around lunch time.  He will ring the bell but if no one answers, he will let himself in to clean the pool.

Gardeners.  The yard team comes once a week.  They will ring the bell but if no one answers, they will let themselves into the yard for maintenance.

Cleaning Team.  The cleaning team comes once a week. Rosie or one of her team will ring the bell but if no one answers, they will let themselves in.   In addition to cleaning, they will wash all of the sheets and make the beds while they are there.  You are responsible for paying the cleaning team.
