Alarm System

The house comes equipped with an ADT alarm system. Please email stokes@sandemac.com to receive the alarm code. 

You can arm and disarm the alarm using the keypad in the kitchen, master bedroom and loft. 

If the alarm goes off and you do not turn it off within one minute, the alarm company will notify us. We will reach out to you to confirm everything is okay. If the owners cannot reach you, the police will be dispatched to the house. Any fees associated with a false alarm will be billed to the renter. 

To clear the alarm - enter the code on the keypad. The alarm will reset and be ready to arm. 

All doors must be closed to arm the alarm. 

Call 911 if there is an emergency.
